Thought i would take the bull by the horns( hope you dont mind Sherby):)
Started back on Atkins yesterday, have put on a few pounds.... nevermind, onwards and upwards yesterday i had 2 litres of water
B: mackerel
L :salad with ham, beef and a babybel
D : beef stirfry with mushrooms
Exercise step class and then Pilates.

Hope to hear from you soon Sherby, i feel like im being bossy lol, im trying to motivate us thats all xxx

B egg mayo
L salad with ham, and egg and mackerel

Day 2
B Mushrooms and scrambled eggs
L Tuna mayo salad
D Prawn and chicken with salad
Exercise: Step class
2 litres of water!!

B Bacon and 2 eggs
L Tuna with Cheese and lettuce, tuna wasn't very nice so only had half
D Chicken with peppers, onion and lettuce with mayonnaise

Hi Sherby
Im struggling a bit at the mo, went out for a few drinks on Thurs. Fri i had come out of Ketosis. Ive not been back on the plan since, im stressing a bit got a few events coming up and puttting pressure on myself to lose weight, so then i panic lol. Got a few nights at peoples houses planned, so think im going to go buy some no alcohol wine in a min, once people know im not drinking i get loads of earache. need to think about what i want to do as i am on Atkins then im not, and im not really losing anything..... anyway enough of me moaning on, well done for you sticking on it, and speak to you soon x
