Yes, I'm in :D and I do hope you're right - except Im going to V Festival for 4 days and its going to be SO un diet friendly - burger vans galore!

Back from WI, lost 0.5lbs - GAH! I know, a loss is a loss - but every other week Im losing 0.5lbs and Im sticking to it 100% so I don't know why or how I can change it so I get consistent losses each week.


Week Eight

Start Weight: 10st 12lbs
Current Weight: 10st 1lb
Goal Weight: 9st 7lbs
Total Lost: 11lbs
Total left to lose: 8lbs

I drink loads - maybe 6+ pints a day.
I don't really do any exercise, but running around after the 2 kids is a little bit - and we walk lots (mostly round Bluewater haha). It's just finding the time. I will try to add some in this week somehow. Im SUPER busy with work and I think the stress levels aren't helping me as I just want to scoff. I wish I was one of these people that lost their appetite when stressed, but I'm the opposite - always looking to distract myself and I think 'ahh I know, I'll eat!'
Nope - not star week either, if you look at my weekly results it's followed the same pattern since I started
 
yeah , just seen your weight pattern , i do think the closer you are to your target its harder to get off ,
i'd have a few green and red days to shake it up a bit ??
 
Thank you Janie. I think Im going to try your suggestion. I find it so much harder doing red and green, but I'll give it a go!

Day 46 - Tuesday - Green - Syns 4.5 (11.5/20)

I do realise I have just posted but I really really really want to hug you so badly! I admire you for wanting to stick to plan right now, especially when you must be feeling terrible :(

Please say your differences can be reconciled? I love AlicePalice and I don't want her to be sad... She is wonderful and beautiful and an amazing character; she takes the most wonderful pictures and bakes the most wonderful desserts; she inspired me to eat Mullerlights & Weetabix for breakfast and she makes the loveliest dinners; and she is so talented with her camera - she could make a big stinky poo look good!

Ahh, thank you so much - that's really kind of you, and lovely. I'm afraid it is true - we haven't been happy for a while - we just can't seem to live with each other. It's a shame as we have 2 kids but we're still great friends and hopefully will both end up happier. I know its the right thing to do but that doesn't make it less upsetting or hard.

Im starting to notice the difference in my body, if I didnt then I would have fallen off the wagon by now - but the change is motivating me. It's going to be quite hard because me and the kids are moving into my mums (I wanted to move back as where we are atm is an hr away from my family) and I know there will be other foods around tempting me and people eating other meals. The hardest days will be when Im back packing stuff and might not have time or food with me to make. I think careful planning will be key.

Aaaaanyway. Got on my scales this morning and they said 9st13lbs.... first time Ive seen the 9s in a long long time.... of course this isn't a true rep as it was first thing and I was naked, but wahey!
