I have a cross trainer and my inch/weight loss has really increased since I've been using it daily so good luck with the exercise too x x

I can feel it if i use it a lot; but don't know if doing any good, i don't seem to be shrinking

I'm hoping that it will help with inch loss as well as being low / no impact on calf muscle.
Measured myself today and in 4 weeks have only lost an inch off of bust and stomach rest has stayed same.
 
You will see results very soon as I never really had any big inch loses to begin with.
It will come shortly so believe it.
My cross trainer is now in the living room and I just turn the tv on and off I go.
I didn't realize until today that my waist has shrunk by over 6inches :eek:
I can actually fit into my size 10 trousers with plenty of room which is amazing in just 9wks x x
 
Wow that's amazing.
I plan on putting it in living room too; going to re-arrange furniture a bit tomorrow so that I'l be able to see the tv whilst using it.
Had an email to say its dispatched and should be here Tues am; hopefully will be able to put it together by myself.

Another 0.25lb down today.
Felt hungry yesterday pm for first time since starting this plan. Had extra protein rather than break diet rules totally so had extra 150gs of prawns; hopefully this hasn't done too much damage.
 
Can I ask are you using your daily veg/milk allowance too as I've made sure I eat everything stated on the programme ;)
There's no point omitting it if it's there on plan.
Also a loss is a loss and all these 0.25lbs add up so well done you x x
 
Yes am having milk and veggie allowance; couldn't stick to it if couldn't have a few cups of tea a day; used to have 8-10 but now down to 3 a day with milk allowance. Generally have the veg with protein to make an evening meal. Usually have 3-3.5 litres of water a day as well.
I know my small losses all add up and hopefully there will be a whoosh one day. I'm just impatient; i know everyone is different but when i see how much some peeps lose each week i feel a bit hard done by. But have to say am finding the plan easy to manage and yesterday was first "extra" that I've had in the 2 weeks on plan.

Have u been exercising? It seems I've just worked out my gains are due to exercising more?! Strange I know! Even though it's showing a gain I know ur body's still shrinking and that will be gone tomorrow :)

Haven't increased exercise been doing 45-60mins a day for last 4 weeks. Plan on increasing time with cross trainer.

I know it will go as have stuck to plan; its just annoying; serves me right for weighing in every day.

How did your first day back on plan go?
 
Ahhh yeah it is annoying I know, I used to get really annoyed when I daily weighed too, but with s&s u know it's Gonna go so try not to be too annoyed ;)

Not started yet, dreading it though lol So hard restarting :(

Sure I will be fine though :D

Any plans for today? Apart from the cross trainer!

Probably will have grand-children (2yrs and 3 months)this afternoon; so might be cake / biscuit baking with 2yr old.
