All my UPs and DOWN's

Hello misshapp, maccalenny and derbynanny, thank you so much for the support. Sorry for not replying more I'm so cranky!

Today things are worse than yesterday, I know its after an UD but still 201.2!! I seem to have been losing-gaining the same 3lbs over and over again all November.:confused: Its starting to drive me nuts.
Its a DD today but I'm not looking forward to the scales tomorrow, like I normally do. I'm about ready to chuck the darn things out the bleeping window.

I've weighed 201.2 on 2/11 & 13/11 & 17/11 & today 25/11 what the hells up with that??!:sigh:
 
Hang in there! Even through it has been up and down, you've still lost an average of 1lb a week for November, which is not bad at all! And our bodies do seem to feel happier at certain weights.....you just battle through that set point to reach a lower one. You can do it!
 
Actually, your list of daily weights is really interesting and proves your weight loss is happening...look closely at the start is the month - always around 200 and *over*. Then, during the second half of the month, your weights are 200 and *under*.

I am about ready to throw in the towel.. I spent most of yesterday reading up on different diets. Not a good sign at all but I really need this weight to shift. Its not like I'm close to goal:confused:
Today, after DD I'm 200.2, same old number.
I'm hanging in there for now. Todays an inbetween day, see how it goes.

I often feel like this with JUDDD too. But then when I think about it and look back, there is a downward trend (for you too), it might only be about 1lb a week but I think most diets you only lose 1 -2 a week and that's if you stick to them ridgedly. (unless you do very low cal every day, and that would make me really miserable). At least with JUDDD there are other health benefits as well and I don't know about you, but its easier to stick to long term for me. I think I need to add in exercise, have you thought about that? On weeks where I've done a lot of walking I've found my losses have been a bit more. You've lost over a stone since the end of September? that's pretty good in less than 2 months? (that's actually over 1.5lbs a week). It's up to you of course, but I think with most diets there is an initial bigger loss and then it slows down.

Thanks scarlett, your absolutely right on all counts! Thank you. I guess it was just my time for a moan or two. On the exercise I'm a bit phobic :D Exercise doesnt come easy to me but I guess if I want to lose more then obviously I need to bite the bullet and do it.

Well here it is! Today the scales say 198.2 :happy036: broke thru the stuckness :D

But I do feel like I cheated a little. I was so fed up that yesterday I hardly ate anything and really my ID became a DD. I had a total of 632 cals. I could have gone the other way and binged but I so wanted the scales to move lower, I was very motivated to eat as little as possible.
This means that I've done a double DD, my 1st one! On sunday my DD I ate 480 cals. Monday ID 632 and today is an UD so I'm expecting the scales to bounce back up but at least I made those annoying scales drop to a new low :D
4 more days (including today) until the end of november, 2 more UD and 2 more DD to the final total for the month. If I could just weigh in at 198.2 again on 1st dec, I'll be happy with that.

Reason for edit: something weird just happened I got on the scales again before getting dressed and it had dropped from 199 to 198.6. That has never happened before if anything it will go up a bit from all my cups of tea. (and I wasnt doing any balancing tricks either lol) Anyway I'm taking it as todays weight. So I altered my stats. I might pay for it tomorrow, we'll see :D

Brilliant result today 196.8!! woweeee, thats a 1.8 drop from yesterday.
2-3 days ago I wanted to give up with all the stalling around 200 but after my Double DD's I seem to have kick started my weight loss again. woohoo :D
Only another 1lb to go to be 195 and 13st 13. I doubt I can do it on saturday, after my next down, as I've already had some good drops, and I'm being realistic but heck it would fantastical if I could do it!! :D
My last weekly weigh in was Sat 24 nov, and so far I've lost 2.8lbs for the week, thats more in line with what I was losing in october.

I ate well yesterday.
skimmed milk for tea, 80cals
turkey sandwich 139cals
slim a soup 50cals
soft boiled egg on toast 150cals
2x jubblys (ice pops) 32cals
Total 451

I use crustaway bread at only 50 cals a slice and I use light mayo instead of butter
I thought I would put in what I ate because thats why I was so surprised at todays loss. I certainly didnt starve yesterday.

Another unbelievable result, only gained 0.2 after yesterdays Up. I'm so excited for tomorrow, end of month and weekly weigh in on same day. I need 2lbs off to reach 195 or 13:13 :fingerscrossed:

I ate 1675 cals yesterday and I was stuffed. For dinner I had a huge salad, jacket spud, tuna with seafood sauce, followed by a mini box of roses for 340cals, followed by an apple and a satsuma.
For breakfast I had a mars bar :rotflmao: I like to keep a good balance for the food groups, especially the chocolate one.:p
