Well donw on your calorie counting and good luck with the doctor, annoying about the scale I would stick to the old one (how do you know whcih one is inaccurate??) As you started weighing on the ones you have that is the amount you have lost
LOL, thats whats been bothering me, I lost on the old ones why change?
Saga of the scales goes like this:
I only have one small patch of lino in my kitchen and its old and has bumps in it. I moved the old scales around trying to find a place without wobbles, and I thought I found at least 3 places, but when I used the new scales seems like 99% of that lino is not flat!
I weighed myself on both scales in the same place more than once and the new scales always registers a 1lb more.
The new scales have carpet feet so I used them upstairs in the bedroom and they weighed exactly the same as they did in the kitchen, so I know its accurate on the carpet. My entire house is carpet except for the crappy lino in the kitchen.
My old scale also tends to 'flutter' between weights, like this morning I thought it was going to settle on 194.8 but it jumped to 195.2 and then it stuck there. This is why I bought the new scale I was losing trust in my old ones.
This morning the new scale slowed a loss of 10oz but when I weighed on the old ones there was no change. So now I've decided to switch to my new ones and count todays weight, my weekly weigh in as a sts. One scale says 195.2, the new one = 195.8oz. I dont even know how to compare the fractions, my old scale went up in 0.2 increments, my new one does eighths, so I'll just start a fresh week with a sts as who cares about a fraction.
The new scales are the salter ultimate accuracy goal tracker ones.
Psychiatrist appt -completely forgot to ask about the diet! There were other things on my mind. I've started a new med, see what happens.
Earlier in the week I found out I'm anaemic so now have to take iron along with all my other meds.
I should be rattling when I move.
Thankfully the one think that is still constant is my desire to lose weight. I'm tempted to go back to JUDDD but think with christmas looming I might as well carry on CCing till christmas is out of the way and start fresh on 27th or 28th dec
