So ive not done slimming world for a long time. Im doing it from home and at the moment im not going to be weighing myself as the scales get me down. Last time I joined the group I stopped due to gaining weight following the plan. Which has shown me that when I eat green plan high carbs the weight piles on me fast. So ill be sticking to red days only. Im going to struggle with syns as ive a dodgy stomach so most things processed dont agree with me. But im still willingly give it a go.
Im around 12 stone ish and size 12 wanting to lose around a stone.
Anyway this is my food diary so anyone can see if im going wrong.
Breakfast
Blackberries strawberries and a banana chopped with 0% total greek yoghurt with added sweetener.
Lunch
Chicken lettuce cue tomotoe spinach peppers.
Tea
Roast pork white cabbage carrots kale with mint sauce
Snacks
Strawberries and black berries
water
Can of coke zero
Syns
Today im going to try the options drinks (2)
Hexa will be milk was only 1 cup of tea
Hexb 2 alpine light bars
Feel completely stuffed!! But im also feeling very poorly so struggling to eat lots.
Going to buy some syns stuff like the pink and white wafer thingys.
