All these "how to aid weight loss" things...

... are driving me mad!!!

How to aid weight loss, according to consultants, studies, people, newspapers, magazines....

1. Drink lots of water
2. Drink green tea
3. Drink hot water in a morning
4. Exercise
5. Don't exercise because we retain water/build muscle (?) and don't lose
6. Eat grapefruit
7. Eat melon
8. Don't eat bananas, at least no more than 1 a day

I could go on, I'm sure I could find more. Arrggghhhhh.....

Thanks Jaylou. Am off to do everything but the exercise bit (it makes me feel to good to give up!!! :D)

Wonder if I used 2 teabags in my green tea would I lose twice as much??????? :confused: lol

Depends if you are left or right handed really. Then use the opposite leg.
It is so much more beneficial if you do it that way you see......

If you balance on your left leg AND drink your 8 litres youll lose about 18lbs a week, if you stand on your right though youll only lose about 12

What if you have no legs?:confused::rolleyes:

The best diet I have ever seen is in a little book called the ten best diets in the world
and is the Italian Diet.

It consists of 3 , 250 gram steaks and 2 bottles of wine a day.

I tried it.....I was p188ed before 8 in the morning.

Was great fun. Totally unrealistic and lasted 2 days. 2 days that passed in haze.

Hang on I have just had a thought.......how about eating the steak and drinking the wine stood on my left leg.......would that do it...............

You mean these aren't valid tips? I've been balancing on my left while standing on my right drinking water hoping to lose before I go away tomorrow ;)
