Am dreading the scales

    slim fast
    Had a wonderful week away on our family holiday, well apart from the rain lol.

    I didn't stick to the diet at all. Had good intentions before going, but slipped up big time.

    Am a bit anxious about getting on the scales, I know I have gained and recon it will be about 3lb. Was going to weigh tomorrow, but think I will wait until Monday which would be my weigh day.

    Am going to enjoy my Chinese tonight and then get back on it tomorrow first thing.

    Will be on here in tears on Monday morning lol

    Iv been thinking about starting SF had a very bad week end lol

    I have good intentions for my holiday, starting with a healthy breakfast and not drinking alcohol during the day, but I know everything will go to pot once I hit the breakfast buffet!

    Ladylipo is right though, don't beat yourself up. Remember you've had a good holiday and get back on track as soon as you can. (Please remind me of my good advice when I get back at the end of August! I'm a great one for doleing out good advice but I can't follow it myself!)

    charlie i did the same went on hol came back got straight back to it and actually lost a pound so if you put your mind to it and stick to it rigidly then you can claw some of that damage back


    glad you had a fabby time though hun
