Am i doing it right.

Hi, I started Atkins on wednesday after months on Cambridge.

I made a large quiche for breakfasts=
12 eggs
12 thin 100%pork sausages
6 slices bacon
2 tomatos sliced on the top.

Baked then sprinkled with cheese and browned off.
This i have cut into 8 pieces=
1.5 eggs,
1.5 sausages,
3/4 slice bacon
bit of tamato and cheese.

Is this ok for breakfast every morning?

At lunch i have had =

wednesday- chicken in curried Mayo with salad- 1 inch cucumber-1 beatroot-1 spring onion-half red pepper-3 mangetou peas-grating of Parmasan cheese.

thursday- piece of steak left over from wednesday evening- same salad.

friday- white fish with mayo- same salad.

wednesday night-steak with mushroons and leeks.

thursday night- roast beef over a bed of cabbage and some essence.

friday night- 2 pieces of belly pork-8 baby asparagus spears, few peas few broard beans.

How am i doing so far any tips and hints.

Yes they are Molly, and they are lovely. They also do a really nice smoked pork joint by the same people.
are those sausages carb free Jim? Even with Leek in them?
