I feel like i am doing it all wrong!!

I am having 1 LT TFR shake for breakfast and then two meals a day and averaging around 1000calories.

I feel like i should be doing 2 shakes and 1 meal? should i? Am i going to lose weight this way?

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh i think i am having one of them days :cry:

I took one before bed last night Jan :giggle:
Just thought ya know - aslong as i get back into the 12stones i will be happy :) feeling much better today! x

You could try a shake for breakfast, weightwatchers soup for lunch and a proper dinner...this is my refocus regime !! Works well so I don't need to use up two shakes a day.

Dia thats what i done yesterday and day before but had my soup for tea but i added kidney beans and veg to it. Today though i've had prawn salad and am having baked chicken with cauliflower mash for tea - yum! :D

well I have been calorie counting since refeed about 1250 a day and have lost 7 pounds in approx 7 weeks, as long as you watch your calories and carbs you will be fine x

well i havnt had any bread, pastas etc for 3 days and wont for a while as i know this is what triggers my bad eating lol

Sticking at around 1000 cals a day and no 'bad' carbs im hoping i lose something! :sigh:

Funny isn't it - in the 'old days' we would have seen 1,000 cal and no bad carbs as a crash diet. Amazing how our perpective changes on TRF. If you stick to this then you will lose weight but not the big 4-6lb losses I would imagine....but this will be better for your mindset in the long term as you won't be switching on and off of eating

Tis indeed monday morning when i arise prob about 8.30 stumble in the bathroom have a pee then tip toe on the scales :eek: lol
