**am i doing this right lol!! please help**

I am new to this still so dont kno all the syn values and i dont kno what i have to syn and what are free so any help will be appreciated!

Tuesday green day

cup of tea (milk 1/2syn)
x2 slices of wholemeal toast with cheese(cheese HE)(toast syn)
1mullerlight yoghurt
cheesy pasta (dinner)( cheese and bacon HE)
1mullerlight dark cherry (2syns)

Wednesday green day(thought meal was for a red day)
cup of tea (*200ml milk HE had with breakfast too)
28g shredded wheat minis (*milk HE)
cucumber and carrot sticks with dip (dip syns??)
1 alpen bar (HE)
lemon and coconut chicken with rice (rice syns)
cup of tea (1/2 syns)

Thursday green day
cup of tea (1/2syns)
x2 eggs scrambled with x2 slices of wholemeal toast (toast and ketchup(1) syns)
1/2 tins baxters soup with 1 slice of wholemeal bread (bread syns)
fruit salad
1 alpen bar (HE)
barbeque beans with bacon and jacket spud (bacon HE)

Friday red day
cup of tea x2 (*200ml milk HE used with breakfast too)
28g shredded wheat minis (with HE milk)
x2 eggs scrambled with x2 toast (toast and ketchup syns)
2 alpens bars (HE)
mustard gammon with sw chips and salad
1mullerlight dark cherry (2syns)

I've had a quick glance and I would say on Tuesday as your toast was wholemeal you could have that as your 2nd HEb and not need to syn it, if it was from 400g (small size) loaf.

Wednesday you can have 2 alpen light bars for HEb.

Thursday again only 1 alpen light and you appear to have missed your HEa.

Friday sw chips would only be free if you left the skins on and had 227g raw weight.

Also you need to up your fruit and veg, they are superfree foods and eating them will help your weightloss.

I'm sure the lovely peeps here will add anything I have missed to the list. :)

Hi! I really think you need to get yourself off to a class and find out about the basics of the plan. You're going to find it really difficult without that. While you will pick up bits and pieces on here you really need to understand what you're doing for it to be successful. If you can't get to a class yet there is always the 7-day menu plan on the SW website, or you could take a look at the food diary section on here. Also check out www.slimmingeats.com as BritMum has posted her menu plans on there as well as loads of yummy recipes. It might take the guess work out of things until you can get hold of the books.
