am i doing this right

im not sure if im doing this right as im not even feeling hungry and i thought i would be.

im on day 4 and my cdc said the first 4 days were the toughest, ive been on 3 meal replacements a day and have been drinking between 3.5 and 4 litres a day. only had the slightest of headaches which a couple of tablets got rid of.

is it me or am i doing it wrong any help would be brill xx

the best bit about getting past day three is not feeling hungry - so youa re win ketosis and you are deffo doing it right.

thats the down side the amount of toilet stops im needing lol

i cant belive how easy it has been this week, cant wait for weigh in on monday.

ive also started knitting just to keep my hands from wandering to the cupboards, made to scalves all ready xx

When I've tried to get on the CD wagon which has been several times in the last year I have really struggled with the first week. I'm on day 22 today and this time round I felt no hunger at all for the first couple of weeks so much so that the majority of days I struggled to get my 3 feeds in because I just felt like I didn't need it, I'm sure that this time I've succeeded because my mindset is more focused and determined, do you have a goal??
