am i doing this right??

hello all so im on day 3 and wanting to no if im doing the correct way for ws.
day 1: i had shake for breakfast, bar for lunch and soup for tea i had 1 boiled egg and a slice of ham before bed as i felt rather sick and wasnt sure if it was due to hunger or the soup.

day 2: shake for breakfast bar for lunch and soup for tea my night shift starts on day 2 i had a ww meal only 275kcal and ingrediants that i can have. (im up for 24hrs on this day)

day 3 (today) i had a shake when i got home from work this morning i will have salad for tea with my family and soup and bar at work tonight around 2am so in all i am having my 3 packs.

do you think this is ok?:confused:

oh thanks for that, im new to this so still trying to work the in's and out's out. just thought with it being low cal and fat it was the best option.
