Ok so its not been good food wise.

Friday -

B - 4 McDs has Browns
L - Tuna Baguette
D - Chicken Fajitas
Wine Wine Wine Wine
Doritos & Dips

Saturday - Oh god I am gonna be honest but I am ashamed of this.

B - Roll & Sausage, Packet of Onion Rings
L - Greggs Bridie, Mexican Chicken Oval Bite
D -Dominos Pizza, 1/2 Dominos Garlic Bread
S - 2 Greggs Pineapple Cakes

Sunday.

B - Starbucks Mocha Cookie Crumble Frapp, Chocolate Cookie
D - 2 Chicken Burgers with Cheese
S - Doritos, Dips, Jaffa Cakes.

Oh my goddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd I think this is a good step as this is the first time I have actually published honestly what I have eaten & I am honestly ashamed there is totally no need its just a total attack of the binge its kinda uncontrollable sometimes. I really need to try & get this under control.

You should be really proud of yourself for writing down what you ate and taking ownership of it. I agree it's a step in the right direction to be able to write it down and then move on. That is a remarkable achievement in itself :)
