Amount of carbs/net carbs in a VLCD

    how much is reccommended per day?
    and could you possibly tell me the same for fibre aswell?

    Atkins recommend 20g of carbs for induction - not sure what CD has.

    I havn't checked but I think CD is around 14 a day

    Diet:
    low carb
    Each Cambridge product has around 14g of carbs. Some of the bars have more, 24g I think and are restricted to one per day. You have 3-4 products a day so depending on your choices will be consuming between 42-66g of carbs a day. If you are using milk add another 5g or so.

    As for fibre I'm not sure. I know the bars have more than the packs and most people also take a fibre supplement.
