BREAKFAST
muller light with mixed berries, apple & grape bag

LUNCH
wholemeal bun (heb) fried egg, plum toms, beans & mush

DINNER
creamy chick korma ( recipie from old SWmag)
Possibly a naan, going to look into syns first
 
TUESDAY

HEA- 45g reduced fat chedder

HEB- 60g wholemeal bun
HEB- 90g tuna

BREAKFAST
mixed berries, fat free natural fromage frais & a sprinkle of sweetener

LUNCH
60g wholemeal bun (heb) topped with spag hoops
3 lauging cow el triangles

DINNER
tuna pasta bake (heb) topped with cheese (hea)
Big salad

Milk for brews through day

Fresh start for me today, i put 3 1/2lb on, on wednesday. Totally gutted & sooooooo mad with myself. Any way a big line drawn under it. Heres my thursday menu.

2 slices of toast (heb) with spaghetti hoops & fried egg (in frylight)

DINNER
pasta with cherry toms, onion, chicken (heb) & laughing cow triangles mixed in.
