EXTRA EASY

HEA- 175ml milk, 3 laug cow (ex.light)
HEB- 6 ryvita crisp breads

BREAKFAST
Mixed berries, banana & yoghurt.

LUNCH
ryvita crispbreads, topped with ex.light laughing cow triangles.
Cherry toms.
Cucumber.
Ham.
Mugshot

DINNER
pasta in passata sauce with mush, onion, chopped toms & chicken.
 
SATURDAY

EXTRA EASY

HEA- 175 ml skim milk, 3 el laug cow
HEB- 60g wholemeal bun

BREAKFAST
berries & banana topped with yoghurt

LUNCH
ham salad bun
Carrot sticks & apple
Mugshot

DINNER
SW burgers, SW chips, salad, mush & fried onions. Can't wait x

Tuna pasta salad

DINNER
steak (fat removed) SW salt & pepper chips, mushrooms & onions on top with big salad.
 
MONDAY

GREEN DAY

HEA- 175ml milk, 3 ex.light laughing cow
HEA- 30g parmesan
HEB- 6 ryvita crisp breads
HEB- 90g ham (? Will check the allowance later, not at home at moment & not sure for definite)


BREAKFAST
apple, melon & yoghurt

LUNCH
ryvita crisp breads (heb) topped with ex.light laughing cow triangles (hea) tomatoes & cucumber.

DINNER
SW carbonara with ham (heb) mush & onions big massive salad & 30g of parmasan sprinkled on top (hea)
Might syn some garlic bread.

HEB - 2 slice whole meal bread
HEB - 70g cooked chicken

BREAKFAST
1/2 a melon, topped with frozen mixed berries (defrosted) & yoghurt

LUNCH
Cheese (hea) tomato & onion toastie and a mugshot.

DINNER
70g chicken (heb) new pots, mushy peas & carrots.
Gravy 100ml ( 1 1/2 )

Milk for brews x

Change of plan today, so edited my food where appropriate
