Hi everyone,

This is my first time on Weight Watchers and my first time on a forum so I thought I would throw myself in to it and start by keeping my food diary on here. I've been reading some of the other diaries and it has helped to reassure me that I am doing it right! If you have any suggestions of how I can save propoints or if I'm recording any points values incorrectly please let me know!

Hi Amy, Welcome to the forum.

Looks like you're doing very well so far.. and well done on getting to grips with the battle of losing some weight.
My D lost all hers by following WW and she swears by it.
Unfortunately I'm sort of addicted to counting calories but in the end it's what you find is suitable for you.

Wishing you all the very best on your journey to slimdom. :)

Thanks Emmaline - I'm finding it good so far. This diet lets me feed my chocolate addiction without going mad like I tend to do when left to my own devices!

Hiya. No i haven't done Weight Watchers before - I've tried Slimming World but found I was only eating Muller Light yoghurts and jacket potatoes! You can buy the Weight Watchers sweet and sour sauce from most supermarkets. I got mine from ASDA then just added the chicken and veg :D Good luck with your weight loss x
