I am always writing food diaries at home and as Ive just started Slimming World I have to keep one. So I thought I may aswell keep one on here ! :D

Im following the Extra Easy plan and have been doing it for over a week. I weighed in on Thursday and had a loss of 3.5 lbs.
So for yesterdays diary I had:

Breakfast

Fruit Salad - Melon, Apple, Blueberries, Kiwi
Shape 0% Fat Raspberry yoghurt

Lunch

4 Original Ryvita (Hex B)
4 Dairylea Light Triangles (Hex A)

Dinner

Chicken Curry - Chicken, Onion, Mushrooms, Courgettes , Curry Powder, Chilli Powder, Garlic, Natural Yoghurt, Vegetable Stock

Snacks - 2 Clementines

Made Cake Pops so had one of them. Unsure of the Syns :-(
 
Todays food diary :

Mid Morning

4 Ryvita Original
4 Dairylea Light Triangles
Shape 0% fat Raspberry Yoghurt

Dinner

Chicken Curry leftover from yesterdays dinner

Snacks

1 Mini Milk - 1 1/2 syns
2 cake pops ( syns unknown) :-(

Im feeling bit unmotivated today. Just want to eat tonight
