An erratic diary!

Slowly at the moment. It's been really hard having had time off and having food again to get back to a good routine of just shakes, especially since my friends are now starting back up on inviting me out to things and meals, etc.

I'm doing okay though, have lost another couple of pound - but I'm trying not to weigh every day at the moment to keep my motivation up. :)
 
It's difficult getting back on track but once you're there it gets easier.
 
How did you get on today?
 
Going well but slowly. The hot weather isn't doing me any favours - I'm finding that I feel more exhausted, like I did in my very first week, but it's going well. I'm still not weighing quite yet, going to wait until the 15th. :D
 
So I maybe snuck a peek at the scales - at 16st8lb and really looking forward to that weigh in on Monday. :D
