Slowly at the moment. It's been really hard having had time off and having food again to get back to a good routine of just shakes, especially since my friends are now starting back up on inviting me out to things and meals, etc.
I'm doing okay though, have lost another couple of pound - but I'm trying not to weigh every day at the moment to keep my motivation up.
