Is this a viable option for me? 10 Stone, looking to loose 2 Stone, preferrably as soon as possible but one by April....

I understand it is a mixture of 3 100 calorie snacks, 2 shakes and 1 meal of under 600 calories.

I have a couple of questions:
  • Can the snacks be made into one big snack or two bigger snacks?
  • Is it realistic I could loose 2lbs per week?
  • How much exercise is required?
  • Can the shakes be mixed with water?
  • Is the Tesco alternative/Asda alternative the same?

It's all about the calories total, so doesnt matter what way you have it - you could have 2 shakes a big 900 calories meal if that suited you - they say a meal and 3 snacks to keep you going throughout the day, but i have a 300 meal and a 500 meal, and then i have 2 shakes together with a banana in.

Just do as much exercise as you want - the worst thing to do imo is start something you wont/can't keep up otherwise you'll just lose the weight then put it back on again.

Dont use water it wont taste nice and you'ld be under calories and might hinder your weight loss if youre not having enough.

people do use other slimfast alternatives yes.
