Is this a viable option for me? 10 Stone, looking to loose 2 Stone, preferrably as soon as possible but one by April....
 
I understand it is a mixture of 3 100 calorie snacks, 2 shakes and 1 meal of under 600 calories.
 
I have a couple of questions:

I have a couple of questions:
- Can the snacks be made into one big snack or two bigger snacks?
 - Is it realistic I could loose 2lbs per week?
 - How much exercise is required?
 - Can the shakes be mixed with water?
 - Is the Tesco alternative/Asda alternative the same?
