I bet she was bless! I keep telling my cats I'm gonna put leads on them and take them for walks, but funnily enough they didn't like that idea much lol!

Going to make salmon and broccoli quiche thingies, and might make some soup too. Tomorrow is going to be a long day so must make sure I take enough food to keep me going till I get home. feeling a bit nervous now, but hey I can only be myself. Going to try a different 'ice cream' recipe too, didn't like the yoghurty one. Must find out the syns of the WeightWatchers low fat cream I bought, bet that will be nice added to it with some pineapple and coconut flavouring :)

Thanks hunnie, interview went really well. Still buzzing really so don't feel tired at the moment, just ate a huge plate of chicken curry and rice, off to have a nice hot bath.

Hi there lovely peoples sorry I havn't posted for so long. Went off the wagon after a silly small gain then wasn't well and swelled up and put on loads more (water obviously but felt absolutely dreadful). Didn't go to club last week so have wasted a weeks worth of pre-paid monies sigh. Determined to go tomorrow whatever the outcome so have tried hard to stick to the straight and narrow this week, still feel ill though :-(

Right enough of feeling sorry for myself how is everyone? I have made ratatouille to go with something for dinner, and a butternut squash and sweet potato soup. Going to look and see if I have any pork chops or steak to have with it and maybe a small jacket potato if I feel hungry or not. Last night was piri piri chicken with SW wedges and homemade coleslaw. Forgot to put pic on FB though, sorry. Must get back into doing that.

Hi guys, sorry havn't been about. Have been feeling very down and low and havn't stuck to SW for last two weeks. You all see me as being very focussed and didn't want to shatter that illusion so I stayed away.....

Anyways....I AM BACK!!!! I've been crying on doctors shoulder for far too long about my weight, am having quite a few medical probs at the moment which it seems after countless blood tests can only be put down to my weight. I've bought a new printer so I can print off my diaries, I still have 3 weeks left of my countdown.....getting weighed tonight, this week will be my last gain.....let the new week begin!!!!

Hope everyone else is well and happy.....please keep posting so I know I'm not alone.....xx
 
You are not alone! Back from my birthday celebrations and trip to Florence. Had lovely time but not easy with my anxiety levels, thank goodness for a wonderful and understanding OH.Not back on SW yet but think will give it a go in next few days!:D

Hi love, not doing too well at all. Finding it very hard to stick to it to the letter at the moment and don't know why :-( Not even going mad....just going up and up and up sigh. Let me win the lottery and it's gastric banding all the way. But until then lol guess I'd better just keep trying........xx

Well I weighed myself Monday on my unofficial start date, and had gone way waaaaay up to 18st 9lbs eeeekkkkkk.....by the time I went to class on Thursday I was 18st 5lbs, so right back where I started 18 weeks ago :sigh:. My fault entirely. No excuses.

I have signed back up for 6 weeks countdown, only thing that MAY put a spanner in the works if I let it is my mum's engagement party next weekend. This week though I am right back into it and enjoying it. Am still posting pics on my facebook page, unfortunately am taking pics using my mobile and can't get them to load on here.

We've had chinese chicken (joes sausages) with rice and stir fried veg, fish pie with rosti topping, sausage mash and onion gravy, chicken casserole, peppered steak and chips, and chilli with jacket potatoes. next week we will be having chicken cake (look for the recipe on here it looks FAB!!), turkey thai burgers and lots of other yummy things I've seen in the new magazine.....LOVE IT!!

Starting a new job Monday, don't exactly know what my new routine will be (at least I'll be starting a little later so no excuses for no breakfast!) but am hoping that in this one I will actually be able to eat my lunches!!

Hoping everyone else is still doing well, sorry I havn't been about to give support but will be now :gen126:

Had some of my syn free chinese chicken noodle soup for lunch, then chicken breast wrapped in bacon with a laughing cow triangle in the middle, with jersey royal potatoes, carrots and broccoli. Blinking yummy. Am going to finish off with some melon and strawberries :)

It was!! Joe's Sausages plain burger with bacon and mushrooms, wedges, salad and low syn coleslaw tonight.....can't wait. But will have to as OH and DD at taekwondo tonight ggggrrrrr.

Am really hoping to have lost a significant amount this week as will be seeing the family this weekend for a big party!! xx
