Another successful sw day and the veg didnt upset my tummy so thats a added bonus. Have a major thing for halloumi now since a another miniminer mentioned it, could eat the whole block but control myself. Finding all the fruit refreshing but baby loves it too and goes mad inside me and its so uncomfortable, right now she's hyperactive from the milkyway i had an hour ago! Heres to another 100% day tomorrow x

Today did start off positive but i dont know why i am craving pizza like mad at the mo, maybe i havent eaten a lot today thats why but i need to resist because i know i will regret it later as i dont feel well so wont enjoy never mind come off plan yet again!

Right back on plan today, might be a bit ambitious as its only been 6 days since having my daughter but will take each day as it comes and not push myself too hard.
Today started off fine but it was in the evening where i wanted to stray off plan because i felt so hungry and still do even though i have eaten my dinner late and my snacks. Will need to find my filling foods for tomorrow i think.
Today i weighed myself and it was 15st7.8lbs so just under a 2st gain from pre pregnancy weight and under 3st from my lowest pregnancy weight. I will keep monday morning as my official weigh in day and do it from home for the time being x

Today started off well and after having my lunch decided to take the children to the shopping centre. Bad idea! As soon as i got there i was starving and avoided everything until i got outside mcdonalds and couldnt avoid that mcflurry as it was sooo hot. It all went downhill after the mcflurry and i feel sooo sick. I will remember this feeling for tomorrow if i want to stray off plan again!
 
Today has been a really hard day, have been really craving choc but havent given in and just had my syns worth.
