Can't believe how nervous I am this week about WI! Ugh. The dread started on Monday and is getting worse by the minute! WI is tonight!

I haven't been too naughty this week - I did go over my syns with McD's nuggets on Saturday but have tried to have less syns since to try & make up for it.

Last week I only lost 1lb, which was my lowest loss since starting SW, and since I'm so close (half a pound) away from club 10, I'm terrified of gaining!

I was kind of hoping for 5.5lbs this week to get my 2.5 stone but I know I haven't exercised enough for that!

Aaarrrggghh please someone tell me this dread gets better the more weight you lose! I think this is my 11th week and the dread is getting worse each week! x
