Today is my first day on SW, I've read up, done the shopping and enlisted my OH to be my diet Buddy.

Breakfast: 35g of Bran Flakes, third of a huge pot of Onken fat free natural yog, handful of blackberries and half a banana, all mixed together!

took me AGES to eat it and felt very righteous :)

Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs, salad and pickled onions

Dinner: planned a turkey mince chilli and rice, spicy n hot.

cos I'm still on leave from work I will be having a double Voddy n tonic after Daughter in bed.

Hi Jan,

You're breakfast sounds yummy. I just bought some fruit n fibre today so I'll add some fruit to it tomorrow and see how I get on. Liking the vodka too........don't forget to count the syns. Good luck x
