Hi, Diary looks good,but a couple of your days you haven't had enough points, it is recommended to use as close to your allowance as possible and you are only allowed to save a maximum of 4 points a day.

Thanks Nikki :) It's my first week back so am trying to get things sorted in my head. I know I have gone under a few days but I am hoping to balance out across the week and get into a routine with my points :)

Right, I've dug up this from the archive (it's been awhile since I used it!) as now I have committed to WW again, I am dusting it off to write anything and everything in it.

So far I have had 4 weigh ins and have lost 12lbs in that time. I have my next weigh in on Saturday morning and am DYING to get to my first stone!! So, I am being VERY good I think, though I haven't been counting points which I know is a bad move and which I will rectify. I also returned to the gym yesterday, after about 2 months of not going and am going again tonight. I do an exercise class on a Saturday morning and am going to commit to a minimum of 2 gym visits as well per week. I don't do loads when there as I am not very fit but ebery little helps and hopefully that'll build up over time. Plus I was very brave and enrolled myself at a Burlesque dance class - a very brave step for me given my weight - and I start that in 6 weeks!
