Aw thanks Claire. :)

I was so naughty on Weds and Sat so it was quite a suprise. Need to make sure it doesn't catch up with me now so am going to be really good this week.

Wanted to hit the gym but am going to need to rest my ankle for most of the week unfortunately after my drunken fall on Saturday. Might risk a swim tomorrow depending on how it is feeling.

Hope things are going well for you too hun x

Keep up the good work!! Love reading the food diaries. Started SW on Monday so still trying to get my head round it!!

Thanks ;)

Good luck with SW - it is a great diet :D

I'm never hungry and can occassionally be naughty (as you can see from my diaries!!). I know if I did it 100% I would lose more and quicker but if I am too restrictive with myself I throw it all in completely so anything off is better than nothing and definitely better than weight back on!

You're looking great in your pictures by the way :)

If you need any help with SW just give a shout in the main area and I am sure you will get lots of help and advice - great bunch over in this section. I am finding this site great for my motivation!

Love the edit for syns LOL.

I've got some tuna steaks in the freezer but don't know what to do with them. How do you cook yours and what do you put on them?

tee hee - wine was due to unexpected friend calling round. Had a great night though so sod it!!!!

Tuna steaks..... I wrapped them in foil with some sliced red onions and tomatoes and chucked in some dill, mixed herbs and dry garlic. Seasoned with salt and pepper and cooked at 180 for 25 mins. Squeezed some fresh lemon juice over them when they had 5 mins to go. They were lovely!

Find I am always hungry at the end of a red day though....or maybe that's the wine (hic, hic!!)

Off to bed now before I am tempted to ring in a take-away :eek::eek: (Edit: ) or eat the cat!!!!

Cheesy Meatballs (Free on Red Days)

Saw this about 18 months ago in the SW magazine, had them tonight and they were as nice as I remember. This is my variation on them - you can use whichever herbs/spices you like and maybe add chopped chillies or onion.

Lean minced beef
5 Laughing Cow Triangles
Salt
Pepper
Dried mint
Mixed herbs
Dried garlic

1. Mix together all ingredients except LC triangles using your hands
2. Divide the mixture into 5 large balls
3. Flatten each ball out and place 1 LC triangle onto the centre of each one
4. Fold the mince mixture around the cheese so that it stays in the middle and then roll the balls tightly
5. Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes or until cooked through

Oooooh! That sounds scrumptious!!

They are lovely and very filling too! I did them with a yoghurt sauce tonight but have also done them with a tomato based sauce for an Italian feel.

My Brother was round when I did them for us both with a tomato sauce and said "I thought you were dieting again" he wasn't having it when I said they were allowed on my 'diet'!!

That's why I love SW - so much choice and doesn't feel like a diet at all.

How are you finding SW by the way? Have you got your head round it all yet?

Great eating plan but not sure if it's working or not. Am gonna give it a couple of weeks and see how things go!;)
Am exercising 4 days a week and keeping to the diet (relatively easy given all the food you can eat). But just am worried that it's gonna be real slow and that'll send me off on a binge. I have to get used to slower weight loss after CD - just impatient:D

Well, had a busy couple of days and have been a quite bad and fallen off the plan. Trying to get back on track today and it's WI tomorrow morning so fingers crossed for any loss at all!!

Having a bit of a wobble. Had a great, socialising (i.e. alcohol) weekend. Caught up with old friends, put the world to rights and had a great laugh. Feel great for that BUT feel extremely guilty for having done it in the same breath. Having an "is it worth it" moment.

I know it is in my head I suppose but the lazy, don't care, people love me as I am part of me is saying what's the point!!?

How can I push myself back to determined weight loser from this? I know I want to be slim but it's just such a massive moutain
