Ann-Marie - doing the plan but not the weigh-ins

Had a reasonable day today. Tried Farm Foods for the first time today and will definitely be going back as it is soooo cheap and I got loads of frozen vegetables as well as some chicken, tuna and mince. The freezer is bulging!!

I have resisted cold weather munchies all day but just couldn't bring myself to do any exercise. Think I will get some new music on my mp3 tomorrow and go for a long walk with the dog.

Here is today's diary.....

Tuesday

B - 2 weetabix (B) with skimmed Milk (A)
L - 4 Nimble bread (B/ 1 slice syns), ham, tomato, beetroot
D - Minced beef with vegetables in homemade (syn free) bolognaise sauce. Syn free pancake, banana
Syns - 1 slice Nimble bread, low fat spead (both with lunch)
Snacks - Banana, pear, wafer thin chicken, pear
Exercise - None

I feel like a need to eat something at the moment but trying my best to resist the urge as I know it's only because I am sat watching TV!!

Finally got the urge to get off my backside and go to the gym so feeling a little smug with myself!!!

Wednesday
B - 3 Nimble toast (B), cottage cheese
L - Syn free chips and baked beans
D - Pasta in tomato based sauce with 5 LC triangles (A) and vegetables. Mullerlight yoghurt
Syns - None ;)
Snacks - Banana. 3 eggy Nimble Bread (B)
Exercise - 30 mins intervals on treadmill (10mins 0%gradient 5.5km-h........ 5mins 5%gradient 4.5km-h......5mins 10%gradient (ouch!) 4.5km-h...... 10mins 0%gradient 5.5km-h)
20 mins exercise bike

Feeling quite full at the moment but have an healthy B left so might have something else laster. Will update if I do!!

Been slightly off plan but am back on track today. Watching football combined with alcohol has a lot to answer for!!!

Friday
B - 2 pears,2 bananas, yoghurt
L - None
D - Boiled potatoes (Bx2), chicken, peas and carrotts, Mullerlight yoghurt, banana
Syns - 4 large vodka and diet cokes
Snacks - None
Exercise - None

Saturday
B - Bacon, 2 wholemeal muffins (Bx2)
L - None
D - Half a takeaway meat feast pizza (syns)
Syns - 7 pints of lager, Bacon Fries
Snacks - None
Exercise - 30 mins walking

On a red day today. No alcohol and am determined to be good!!

Sunday
B - Bacon, scrambled egg, tomatoes, 3 Nimble bread (B)
L - 3 Nimble toast (B) 5 LC triangles, tomato
D - Curried beef with vegetables, 1 egg omlette
Syns - Low fat spread
Snacks - Banana
Exercise - None
 
Whoo hooo!!!! Very pleased - lost another 2lbs so that is 10lbs in total. :D

Can't wait to get the 18stone out of my signature!!!!
 
Had a really bad day yesterday and thought wine might make it better :rolleyes:

One bottle led to another and that one led to a pizza :eek: Felt good at the time but doesn't today when I look back at it :cry:

Back on track today but here are the full details of yesterday's disaster:

Monday
B - 2 weetabix (B) with skimmed milk (A)
L - Chicken and bacon salad
D - See syns
Syns - 2 bottles white wine, regular meat feast pizza Edit: Just remembered there were also fries involved (I did share these with the dog though!!)
Snacks - None
Exercise - 60 minutes walking (trudging round job hunting :()

Feeling a bit down and stressed out today so have done really well to stay on plan - oooh how I would love a glass on wine at the moment!!

Still feeling stressed - need to find a job now now now!!!!

Despite this, still managed to avoid the alcohol and any form of comfort eating. This is mainly because I am starting to notice results now such as being able to get my jeans on and off without undoing them! At the start I was lying down to manage to do them up when they first came out of the wash so that is great and has really given me a boost :D

Weighed myself this morning and as expected I have stayed the same. After being so far off plan I am actually quite pleased with this and I am back on track today.

Well I completely lost focus and haven't been on here for weeks but I am back now and feeling positive again.

I dread to think where my weight is at but I will be weighing myself tomorrow, updating everything.

Welcome back. Sorry you lost focus, but lets hope it's back to stay... summer is on it's way and you know you want to feel good ;) LOL

Don't worry too much about what the scales say in the morning.. once you've read them, you're on your way.

Aw thanks Annie.

I had a pleasant suprise when I jumped on the scales - 17stone 12lbs so I have lost 2lbs despite wandering off track!
