Back and feeling pretty much focussed!

Planned food diary for tomorrow is..


RED DAY

Breakfast:
Fruit salad with 0% Greek Yoghurt

Lunch:
Ham and boiled egg salad
3 slices Nimble (B), 3 Laughing Cow Light Triangles (A)
Apple, banana

Dinner:
Chicken and vegetables in a spicy tomato sauce
Wholewheat pasta (B)
Blueberries

Milk for brews (A)


Weighed myself earlier and start weight is 18stone 1lb - long way to go but determined to do it this time! 12 stone, I will be with you soon, lol :D

Slight change to the intended menu (couldn't be bothered cooking when I got in!!)

RED DAY

Dinner:
3 slices Nimble toasted (B), 2 eggs fried in FryLite, ham and tomatoes
Syns - low fat spread on toast
Blueberries

Milk for brews (A)

Really pleased with myself - it was someone's 40th in the office and there were LOTS of cakes and other treats knocking about and I resisted the temptation!! :D:D

Well, I should be 2 weeks in but unfortunately it's not happened - I am really struggling to get motivated. Been on the scales tonight though and am now 17 stone 12lbs so that 3lbs off in 2 weeks. Going to restart tonight but any motivation tips would be very welcome!!!
