Back and feeling pretty much focussed!
Planned food diary for tomorrow is..
RED DAY
Breakfast:
Fruit salad with 0% Greek Yoghurt
Lunch:
Ham and boiled egg salad
3 slices Nimble (B), 3 Laughing Cow Light Triangles (A)
Apple, banana
Dinner:
Chicken and vegetables in a spicy tomato sauce
Wholewheat pasta (B)
Blueberries
Milk for brews (A)
Weighed myself earlier and start weight is 18stone 1lb - long way to go but determined to do it this time! 12 stone, I will be with you soon, lol
