Anna's WW journey

I've walked so much I've developed sorebumitus LOL :D

My toddler is not well, not sure what's wrong as he was fine this morning but was a real clingon this afternoon & running a fever. As a result I spend the afternoon on the settee cuddling him. After all the walking this morning the rest was very welcome although I wish it hadn't been because my son was poorly.

I've decided to start eating my activity points. I've already earned 12.5 this week, a lot for me, and I still have 3 days to earn more. I plan on eating the 12 that WW say you can have spread out during the week. It will be interesting to see if this impacts on my weight loss :scale:

Good for you Anna. You are doing great with your points :) I hope your baby feels better soon.

Hi Anna,

Well done on the loss this week. you are doing great witht he diet and exercise :)

love Nas x

Thank you :)

My toddler had a rough night, high fever, lots of tears etc but he's just had a cup of milk, some calpol & is now driving round the livingroom on his car :) I'm hoping he now has a good day. I'm exhausted thanks to the sleep deprivation so am hoping for a quite day.

Thank you :) It's half term soon & my husband has the week off work. I'm not sure how I'll manage with the exercise during the week. I've been walking everywhere but I know there is no way my husband & daughter will walk that far, they will refuse to as they are both allergic to exercise ;) I think I'll have to make more use of the exercise bike. If I just go on it twice a day, 10 mins each time that will still be 14 activity points for the week. I can't do more than 10 mins at a time because of my back. I'll miss the walking though so might have to find some way of fitting it in (I can't believe I just said that LOL) :D

You are doing fab with the exercise Anna. 14 points is brilliant. I have had a slower week this week so I think I will go swimming tonigt or maybe do my RC workout. Just to rack some points up :)

I hope you have a good week next week :)

I eat a lot of free veg! I am a little concerned that I am eating a little too much free veg! lol! Can easily go through a whole bag of broccoli! lol!

I'm a big fan of free veg and will build meals around it as much as possible so I can save points for other things. We had huge bowls of carrot and coriander soup for tea yesterday and today I'm making ratatouille and we'll have it with a little cheese grated on top. Yum.

Your weight loss is great so all the free veg must agree with you :D

Sounds tasty :) I really must have more free veg, how much I have varies greatly from day to day.

I'm having a very lazy weekend. My toddler is a lot better but his bugs did result in me getting very little sleep for a few nights & I can't cope with the lack of sleep as well as I used to when he was a baby, I'm just not used to it anymore so a lazy weekend for me

It's weigh in day tomorrow. This week I have managed earn 18 activity points, to say I'm chuffed with myself would be an understatement :bliss: I never thought I'd be able to get that many. Now I just need to try & keep my weekly activity points between 15-20 & I'll be really happy. I have eaten 12 of them, the maximum WW say you can use for food. I'm not sure how that will affect my weight loss but I thought it was the healthiest thing to do, something needed to fuel all the walking etc :)

Well done Anna. That is fantastic! I will be interested to view your weightloss as I am thinking of eating some of mine too next week. Even if just for 1 chocolate bar! I am hoping to break 20 this week. You are doing SOOOO well :D

I am glad your toddler is feeling better. I am with you on the lack of sleep! A 4 month old does not allow me all that much (although she is getting better).

Fingers crossed for tomorrow x

Hi Anna. Well done on the activity points and good luck for WI tomorrow. I hope you'll soon get caught up on your sleep and that baba is feeling better now x

hi Anna,

Thank you :) It will be interesting to see if eating those activity points has made any difference. I've used them for treats, I plan on doing the same next week & making a decision about what to do in the longer term after that.

I think I went through life in a daze until my son was about 6 months old as he was a really bad sleeper so I feel for you.

Thank you :) My 12 year old is now sat next to me full of cold, if she gets a cold it often goes on to her chest, I hope this time she manages to avoid a chest infection as what a rotten way for her to spend half term.

hi Anna,

good luck for WI moro... and well done on all those activity points x

Thank you :)

Oh, hope she feels better soon; my son used to get an asthma attack and chest infection every time he got a cold so she has my sympathy x

Thank you :) Sorry to hear about your son. She's OK at the moment, just full of cold. It would be nice if a little more often a cold didn't result in a trip to the hospital a few days later
