LOL :8855: Nothing as fun as that, I walked my way to those 4 points :chores016:

well done on the jeans missus ;)

Thank you :D This loosing weight is going to cost more than the ww fees! Having said that there is something rather enjoyable about having to buy new clothes because things are too big rather than buying them because they are too small....

I hope you enjoy your weekend :)

I've had a really good day again :D I met up with my parents at the shopping centre & had coffee with them. My toddler was soooo good bless him. I bought him a Thomas comic, it kept him entertained for almost an hour. We then wandered round the shops with them & got home in time for lunch.

Although I went to bed at 7pm last night I didn't get much sleep. My toddler was up half the night thanks to a cough, he's been fine all day though :) My husband has a really nasty cold & it's affecting his asthma so he was coughing all night as well. I have been so tired I decided to go to bed for an hour when my toddler had his nap, I'm glad I did as it has helped me get through the afternoon.

I've done some cooking for the freezer, lots of crafts with my toddler, housework & started writing the Christmas cards so quite a busy afternoon.

I've done no exercise today so I'm still no 17 activity points so far this week. I might do some over the weekend but it wont be much. I have eaten the 12 activity points permitted.

I'm not sure how weigh in will go on Monday as AF has finally arrived, almost a week late & I'm feeling rather bloated & crampy. I've had really bad PMS this month, not fun. If men had put up with this there would be a 'cure' by now!

aww sorry to hear your OH isnt well - mine is asthmatic as well, and part of the reason i'm so sympathetic this time is because he had his flu jab which is what has made him bad.. and i pressurised him into getting it LOL :p

also, you make me feel lazy - i've laid on the couch (i class it as babysitting the cat, as she wont shut up miaowing until she can sit on me) and thought i should carry on with my wrapping presents / writing cards (which are all over the floor :p) and my housework which i have been telling myself for weeks that I need to do LOL :p

you have a few days for AF to calm down a little - i dont know about you but i only tend to bloat for the first couple of days or so and then I ease off.. so you might be surprised at WI :) x

oh and congrats on all the AP you've built up - thats great! :D

Mine wont have the flu jab, he's refused. He has a real phobia about all things to do with doctors & hospitals which is tricky when you have asthma! He should have seen the asthma nurse months ago but wont make an appointment. They have now stopped giving him repeat prescriptions so he has to go back for check-ups! ;)

You are right, hopefully by monday the bloating will have really settled down. I've no idea why but this month I've had really bad pms symptoms.

After saying I wouldn't do much exercise this weekend....

I've managed 6 activity points this morning, I'm in shock! LOL :D:D:D That makes this weeks total 23. I'm going to stop there & have tomorrow as a day of rest. I know they do say having 2 days off a week is a good thing to give your body a chance to catch up so yesterday & tomorrow are my days off for this week. I can't quite believe I managed 23 activity points, that's my biggest weekly total so far :D

thats brilliant - congratulations! Wish i could clock up as many! :D

also, think it must be male stubborn-itus.. took 2 and a half months of me and his mum nagging him to get him to go.. he hates hospitals too.. and now i feel bad because hes so ill!

as for the pms, it could be weight related? alot of us have had irregular periods etc with losing weight.. i havent noticed a difference myself but my periods have always been really irregular anyway..

Well done Anna!!!!!! That is brilliant :) I bet all this hard work pays off on Monday! Good for you hun x

I'm not sure what's behind the pms. My cycle is normally only 21 days, this month it was nearer 28 which I know is more 'normal' but it's unusual for me & as the days went by the pms got worse & worse. Having said that I'd love a 28 day cycle, much better than 21!

Thank you :)

What to me makes it even better to me is that when I work out my activity points I always calculate it as low intensity even though like today I was out of breath & sweating. No matter what I do I keep it at low so I don't over estimate it, I'd rather go lower than higher. So for example 30 mins of free step on the wii fit at the fastest setting & I count it as gentle walking. When on the exercise bike even though I know I'm working hard I count it as a gentle cycle. I wonder how many points it would work out at if I was more accurate about the intensity level? :D:D

Wow thats some amount of points...well done you

Thank you :D I was looking in the ww site & they recommend getting 28 a week so I'm still not quite physically up to doing what they recommend...yet ;)

28 a week? do we know ANYONE who reaches 28 a week? that sounds a bit much to me like! Then again I am allergic to exercise..
