After a 1.5lb gain last night I am on a mission to get a grip!

Wednesday


Cooked breakfast - lean bacon, 2x sainsburys half syn sausages, poached egg, 1 slice wholemeal, tinned tomatoes, mushrooms.


Lunch
Beans and tomato on toast


Tea
Chicken Kiev. Chips. Salad

snacks.
Microwave cupcake with sweetened fromage frais

pancakes with banana and sweetened fromage frais.

Gonna make some some stuff to keep in the fridge for snacks. Cheese pie. Half syn Lemon cake. Mugshot minibites.
