Havent looked on this thread since I started it yesterday, cant believe how many of you have come on to congratulate me, I'm really touched.

Thanks all!

I'm going to keep going to group and staying every week - everyone says maintaining requires the same sort of effort as losing does so I want to make sure I keep to the plan.

Besides - its free now!

(And sorry to who asked, but it's doubtful there will be any before and after pics - I hate having my picture taken even when I look okay, so there's even fewer around from when I was fat! Maybe I'll post some wedding pics if I have a chance, I wasnt far off target then (October)
