Another Newbie looking for Support

Hi,

OK started again, following SW from home.

Determined this time, got the big Four-oh this year and want so much to be healthy going into the future!!!

First WI tomorrow, hoping to see a loss to spur me on.

I'm married to a diet sabouter (?SP) who has given up smoking for a year as of 1.1.12 and has replaced with evening munchies, hoping to break that habit this year....

:family2:2 LO's , DD (4) and DS (2) 1st goal is to get back to pre-pregancy weight and then we'll see....

Anyway enough waffle....
