another newbie

hi am new as well, started off wanting to do atkins but swapping to SW as from monday. i have around 5 stones to lose, ideally for a healthy BMI, i should lose nearly 7st, but i will be more than happy with 5st off. at the moment i am 15st11, and am only 5"1, so am morbidly obese :-(.
any advise on which plan to go for please?

Am doing SW on my own from home. Can't afford to pay, so doing it solo, hopefully I will make loads of friends on here though.

Welcome to the forum and to SW. When you go to group you will get the Consultants talk which will mainly suggest Extra Easy. This is really good as it's more like normal eating but you may find over time that Green days or Red days will be better for you.

Wait until you've had the induction and then decide what is best for you.
