Another newbie :)

Hello,
I'm Sam, I'm 31, married with 2 girls and I own my own online wedding business.

I've been using your site for help for the last week, it's a wealth of information and helpful people, so I've signed up today

I'm following Slimming World, again... 1st time was 5 years ago for my wedding and 2nd time is now.. started a week ago, lost 3lb already.

I'm also an IBS sufferer, so finding some things hard (like bread as a HEb as I can't have wholemeal, some cereals, etc)... so hoping there are some other fellow SW and IBS members here too
