    I read that you have omelettes and scrambled eggs on aamw when I used to make them I made them with milk so I'm confused because I didn't think you could have milk?

    I use a bit of skimmed milk when I make them in AAM week, as milk isn't too high in carbs, I think you just have to work out what's OK for you :)

    I make my omelettes with water and use balsamic vinegar in the pan to cook them with instead of butter/oil! Scrummy! I don't like scrambled egg which is weird as I love anything eggy apart from that!

    Slimming World after Exante
    I used the CD booklet for my AAM week. In that you can have 1/2 a pint of semi skimmed milk (although I can only stomach lacto free milk so have than instead). I've been having it for a couple of weeks now (because I'm coming off exante) and it hasn't stopped my loss :)
