So sorry about all the questions i just want too make sure im getting things right.

So you have too eat on week 4 n 12 so do i do the diet 1 2 3 then week four eat then 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 then eat 12. Then do i have too have a week of eating after this? Sorry im a tad confused! xxx

I thought it was diet 4 weeks then eat the next week etc.I could be wrong though.

Right ok so the 5th week then the 13th? Its confusing me lol as on the thing on the site it says 4th n 12th. But after the 12th then what do you do? xxx

Personally I didnt do aam on the fifth week. I ended up doing it at the end of the ninth week to give my metabolism a boost coz my losses had started to slow down so IMO as long as you dont go past 12 weeks without doing it each time I wouldnt worry too much about it.

I'm only doing it this week so I can have some fish tomorrow(traditional Polish xmas eve meal) and some turkey the next day LOL
