Another restarter???

Hey guys hope you are all well?? newbie's and oldies!! well here goes my restart. took 3-4 week break following the recent tragic and very sudden loss of my granny. now feel able to get back on track and am pleased to say i only put on just about 4 lb during my break. so started today!!! see you all around more often now good luck to everyone xx
