Another scottish slimmer

Hi there,

I know this area is fairly quiet, but I signed up with Scottish Slimmers tonight after finishing up with CD last night due to money situation and thought I'd say hello. I intend to keep a daily diary here on what I'm eating to help keep me on track.
 
Back with my food diary like I said

Day 1
Breakfast: 60g porridge oats, sk milk = 8
Snack: 2 alpen lite bars = 5
Lunch: 45g pasta, 75g lean mince, free veg, herbs/flavouring. 2 ww yoghurts. = 14.5
Snack: Go ahead yoghurt bars = 6
Dinner: 45g pasta, 75g lean mince, free veg, herbs/flavouring, 15g cheese 12.5
Snack: 2 aplen lite bars = 5
Total checks: 51

Day 2
Breakfast: 2 coco pops bars, 1 slice toast = 11.
Snack: Go ahead yoghurt bars, 1 apple = 8
Lunch: Cauliflower, asda cheese sauce, 2 alpen lite bars = 8
Snack: pkt wheat crunchies, 1 apple = 7
Dinner: 75g mince, bisto granules, carrots, onions, mushrooms, peas, turnip = 8
1 slice toast, l/f marg = 4
Alpen lite bar = 2
nibbles = 1
Total: 49 checks
 
Fantastic to see more people using this forum, lets hope it gets bigger and bigger :)

Hi

I'm starting Scottish Slimmers again, I'm not going to the meetings as I'm trying to save money but thought this may be a good way to stay focused!

I currently weigh 168 lbs and my target is 130. I'm only 5ft so this is achievable and I've been there before!!

I'm going to try to record my weight loss as I go and keep you all updated so I can then look back on my progress.

Hi guys, scottish slimmers is a good diet to follow, i used to do it myself a while back, i've moved to slimming world now though as it suits me better in a family situation (if that makes sense). The first time i tried ss i lost 9lbs in my first week !! So good luck ladies xx
 
Hi! I'm also doing SS. Was halfhearted about it until January but have managed to lose a stone and a half over the past year so must be doing something right. Albeit slowly!!!:)
