Another site with GI diet plan and recipe's

Hiya

I plan to follow low GI once I start eating again (start stabilization on Thursday ). I found this website (its an Aussie website) that has meal plans etc. Some of the things on it I question whether you could have on a low GI diet, but it does give some great ideas, so I thought Id share

Hi Leighann,

That does look like a very interesting site.

I have bought a couple of GI ad GL cook books and one of them is by a Helen Foster who is a writer for magazine, including She and Zest, and has a weekly column in The Observer Magazine.

I wonder is she a sister or relation of Kaye Foster-Powell?

Or one of those coincidence
