There is a fab one in Birmingham called modern body art and they charge about 70-80 per hour too. Smaller tattoos are individually priced. I had a star on the back of my neck a few yrs ago in the Miami ink shop. Cost me $200 which back then was £100!!! Couldn't believe it.
