Any advice on this....?

Hi everyone,

This is a question for the ladies only I guess.

Does anyone have any advice on how I can tackle TOTM?

Seriously, a few days before, I literally cannot stop eating. I've tried having just fruit handy but I just end up going to buy c**p from the shops. I'm an absolute monster. And, to make it worse, it's never in moderation. I literally eat for about 8 people. It's ridiculous.

Are there any vitamins I can take to try and combat the monster muching urge?

I fear my next step to take is sewing my mouth shut for a few days a month, I'd only find a way to shove it in through my nose or something though!

Sorry no advise here..... but following as I'm exctly the same.

Alwys know when I'm due on as I find myself muching through a pcket of biscuits mindlessly without even realising why I'm doing!!!
 
I always drink loads of water if I'm hungry and make really comforting sw meals. I also drink a very milky hot chocolate(2 syns) which usually sorts my cravings out.
 
Thank you all very much... I do find that it's carbs and sweet things that I crave, and my will power just fails dramatically!

I find that I'm soooo good the rest of the time, then I just ruin it by pigging for 3 or 4 days!
