Any advice on todays diary welcome!

Hi all :wavey:

Started SW weight loss programme 10 weeks ago now but I have only lost 6lbs so far :cry:

Could you please look at todays diary and see if ok....

Breakfast
2 x Weetabix (HEB)
250ml semi-skimmed milk (HEA) not all at once rest taken throughout the day in drinks as I am not keen on milk

Snack
1 x apple

Lunch
Hot & Spicy cous cous
1/2 Canteloupe Melon
Yeo Valley Organic Yogurt (worked out as 3 syns)

Snack
Cereal Bar (worked out as 4 1/2 syns)

Dinner
Whole tin Branston Baked Beans
2 x slices w'meal bread (400g loaf) - (HEB)
2 x rashers bacon (worked out as 4 syns)

Any comments are greatly received.......

Agree about the couscous, but yes, that looks like a good day of food :) Not much advice to offer really! Just make sure you're drinking enough water/sugarfree cordial and are eating enough so you're not hungry.

Keep up the good days like that and I'm sure you'll get better losses.
