Ok so having been on CD last year and successful I've had a fad few months an 3 holidays and gained 12lb, and could do with a boost, however I'm currently in Germany with my husbands job and can't seem to get anything here, what's eat todo as Cambridge don't sell online..... Boo any advise from anyone welcome inc other shake plans anyone follows

Could you get in touh with your old councillor and ask for advise? Maybe she could send you then and do weigh ins over Skype? Xxx
