Any Ideas

    Hi there
    Have been doing VLCD since end of March and had a great weightloss, and now i seem to have plateaued ( sp?)
    I have stuck to the CD supplements and only had one meal a day but weightloss has been ziltch for the last 3 weeks.
    Any ideas how to continue losing??

    Maybe increase exercise ?

    hmm - no real exercise was done before other than exercising...

    Exercise, Exercise, EXERCISE!!! WHAT ON EARTH IS THAT??......LOL

    I've plateaued myself for weeks, 1lb on 2lbs off 1lb back on & so on. My only advise is to up the :tear_drop: :tear_drop: & perceiver with it. Hopefully someone will come along with some better advise that i also can

    Have you got much left to lose as it does slow down as you near your goal weight....!

    Hi S,

    Have you been doing Add A Meal week? This can often help with Plateau.
