Sorry, just having a really down day :sigh:.. I boiled me cauliflower till just al dente (spl??) put in an ovenproof dish, then mixed cottage cheese with eggs poured over, then put cheese on top ( HE ) then put into oven for about 20 mins. Was very nice..

By the way i'm Sparky, joined SW on 9 Jan, start weight 11 stones 9 and a half pounds. Current weight 10 stones 4 pounds. Goal weight 9 stone 6 pounds.

To be honest when i first joined SW in Jan my weight loss was really slow, i only managed 2lbs in the 1st month, then all of a sudden it's 2 or 3lbs a wk. Am really chuffed with myself and a lot healthier.:D

Hey Hun, Welcome to minimins, everyone is so nice here and are fantastic support. Only problem is that it can become a bit addictive!!!
