I have done ee for 1 week now and lost 3 pounds.

Typical day- BREAKFAST

2 slices w/meal toast with marmalade.
muller light-toffee.
LUNCH
baked salmon-salad low cal mayo
apple and plum.
DINNER
2 egg omelette with ham and mushrooms-baked beans-jacket potato.
banana and muller light.

SNACKS
more fruit, small choc bar.

Hi i notice that your missing any Healthy Extra A's do you have milk or cheese at any point, maybe it might be a good idea to add that in may be add some cheese to your omlett or havea glass of milk with breakfast, but the rest seems fine well done!
